Very Versatile! Awesome for cross fit!
Recently set the timer for a multiple round workout: 1 minute per movement x 5 different movements / round with 10 seconds between each movement x 3 rounds and with a 2 min rest between rounds! Sounds complicated but it was easy to program! The Tabata timer is awesome, too. I highly recommend this app.
